The legal area of corporate compliance and due diligence are ever evolving.   This one hour presentation takes a look at two of these evolving new aspects of due diligence: The Corporate Transparency Act(CTA) and Article 12.  The first half of the presentation touches on the CTA and its impact with small companies and beneficial owner requirements as it relates to the new compliance standards.  The second half of the presentation takes an overview of the brand new Article 12.  In this discussion we will look at key components such as Controllable Electronic Records, Authority/Control standards, and Qualifying Purchaser rights.
