Join the PPA for a Corporate Law mini-series.  Part two is "Forming a DE Corporation vs. LLC – What Matters Most" presented by Robert McHugh, Esq. from CT Corporation.

In this seminar, we will explore key aspects of the Delaware General Corporation Law and Delaware LLC Act, along with the essential filing requirements for both corporation and LLCs. Our focus will include the internal management and structure of stock corporations, supported by recent case law. We will also examine the internal management framework and formation documents specific to LLCs. Finally, we will highlight important considerations to help guide the choice between forming a Delaware Corporation or a Delaware LLC.
